The Panther is available as a fully machined kit of components. This model, based on a mid-production Ausf G, has been designed exclusively for Armortek on the latest 3D SolidWorks software. The model is constructed primarily from steel and aluminium, complemented with other cast alloys and materials. We use no GRP. The model features scale armour thickness and genuine working torsion bar suspension.

We have little doubt that the Panther Ausf G represents our finest tank model to date. Production was limited in 2006 to just 95 models, which have now all sold leaving this model to become a much sought after collector piece. The relative scarcity of the model and the highly competitive price at which the Panther is offered should provide confidence in its future value, in the unlikely event you wish to sell it in the years ahead.

The model is presented as a fully machined kit that comes with every single component to complete a first class model. The kit is designed for bolt-together assembly by the newcomer to engineering in 1/6th scale and consequently you will find the assembly requires no machining, forming, or even soldering. This is our highest quality engineering kit so far and with the majority of kit components UK manufactured you can be sure of first class quality and timely delivery. Internal electronics are designed simply for plug in operation. Comprehensive assembly instructions are included complete with supporting diagrams. In addition your build will be supported by our web site customer forum where you will find many willing individuals ready to offer hint, tips and guidance on your model assembly,

customisation and painting. The Armortek design team also use a section of the forum to offer advice to ensure your build progresses to a speedy conclusion.

As a guide the typical modeller may expect to complete the Panther assembly in under100 hours. Of course, you may wish to spend a few more happy hours painting and customising the model to make it uniquely yours.

Limited Batch Production

The Panther Ausf G was the subject of a limited batch production of just 95 models. No further production of this model will take place until 2009 at the very earliest.
